By accessing or using Inkdie, the customer agrees to the terms governing browsing, purchasing, account use, order fulfillment and post-purchase interactions across the platform.

Inkdie presents garments and accessories as curated pieces, often with limited or singular availability. Product presentation, pricing and availability may change without prior notice.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued. Inkdie may decline or cancel orders where necessary for operational, legal or fraud-prevention reasons.

Delivery timelines are estimated unless otherwise stated. Inkdie coordinates fulfillment and shipment with operational providers, but certain timing, carrier or customs events may remain outside direct control.

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for activity that occurs through their account, unless unauthorized use is properly reported and verified.

Return eligibility, exchanges and support interactions are governed by the applicable commercial and consumer rules communicated during the purchase flow and in any accompanying return or shipping notices.

Inkdie branding, creative assets, site presentation, product imagery, design systems and associated content remain protected and may not be reused or reproduced except where permitted by law or express authorization.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Inkdie's liability is limited to the direct obligations arising from the sale and operation of the service, excluding indirect or consequential losses that are not legally required to be covered.
